Wedding Day Shuttle Schedule
1:00 - 1:15 pm: Shuttles depart the Westin Book Cadillac for the Ceremony at St. Paul on the Lake
3:30 - 3:45 pm: Shuttles depart St. Paul on the Lake for the Village of Grosse Pointe (Kerchaval Ave. & Notre Dame St.)
*If guests need to go back to their hotel in between the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour, please plan to Uber.
5:45 pm: Shuttles depart the Village of Grosse Pointe (Kerchaval Ave. & Notre Dame St.) for Cocktail Hour at Country Club of Detroit
10:00 pm - 1:30 am : Shuttles depart the Country Club of Detroit for the Westin Book Cadillac every 30 minutes
Airport & Ground Travel
Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) is located ~25 minutes from downtown Detroit.
Ubers are readily available at the airport and in the metro-Detroit area.
Shuttles will be provided to all wedding events; however, rental cars available at the airport for those who do wish to rent a car.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Book Cadillac for our guests. At this time, we suggest booking via the online booking link below or by phone. If booking by phone, please mention the ‘Stevens Trahanas’ wedding when you reserve.
Guests have until 5:00 pm on 07.24.2026 to reserve under the discounted rate. Rooms are first come first serve.
All guest shuttles will be provided to and from the Westin Book Cadillac.
